Jason Wolf (Born March 18, 1979) is an American Photographer from Chicago, IL that specializes in Black and White digital photography. The inspiration for Jason's works were various projects completed by Ansel Adams. While Jason's works have yet to attain critical review or acclaim, they have seen a warm reception from fellow artists at Artist Rising by Art.com[1]which is a newly launched community site for artists of all backgrounds and media.

Jason's techniques while simple in practice produce images with a high level of contast and depth. He achieves the various effects commonplace in his work through the manipulaton of the saturation of color, exposure, manipulation of shutter speed and gamma affect on the original image. Given the images are digital he is able to edit the images using Adobe Photoshop to achieve the desired effects and imagery.
