[edit] Named after?

Is Jay Cooke State Park named after this guy? I can't find any direct evidence except that the park is related to railroads and was owned by the st.louis power company, and this guy lived in that city. This article gives a little help [1] -Ravedave 04:15, 11 January 2006 (UTC)
