Javier Navarrete

Javier Navarrete (born 1956, Teruel, Aragon, Spain) is an Academy Award-nominated composer of film scores. His most famous score, for which he got his Academy Award nomination, was for Pan's Labyrinth (his second collaboration with Guillermo del Toro, the first being The Devil's Backbone). He also wrote the scores for Whore, Dot the i, and various other Spanish films.
