Javier Mollo (Argentina) is a Creativity professor. He has worked as a creative in various international advertising agencies. He is also a writer of fiction.

Mollo is one of the pioneers in Concept Creation. A Concept Creator is a person with a functional position within ad and production agencies, in charge of having a creative vision over a particular problem or concern, breaking with conditioned and known structures.

Javier has written fictional novels and screenplays. He currently resides in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
