Javier "Javi" Flaño Bezunartea (born 19 August 1984 in Pamplona) is a Spanish football defender for CA Osasuna and Spain under-21s.

His twin brother Miguel also plays for CA Osasuna.

Flaño debuted with the first team in the first division match Osasuna 2 – Villarreal CF 1, played in 28 August 2005.
