The redistribution policy for this documentation states that : The Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition, API Specification is not redistributable except internally as described below. One exception is granted, where permission is given to publish 10 or fewer unaltered screen shots of our documentation, whose intended purpose is to show examples of our work. Unaltered screen shots include web pages at java.sun.com, our Java applets, our demo applets and applications, and listings of their source code. (see here : http://java.sun.com/docs/redist.html).

Judging by this statement, I believe that the use of this unaltered screenshot of the documentation goes under the fairuse rationale.

This image was uploaded in the JPEG format even though it consists of non-photographic data. The information it contains could be stored more efficiently or more accurately in the PNG format or SVG format.
If possible, please upload a PNG or SVG version of this image, derived from a non-JPEG source so that it doesn't contain any compression artifacts (or with existing artifacts removed) and with transparency where appropriate. After doing so, please replace all instances of the JPEG version throughout Wikipedia (noted under the "File links" header), tag the JPEG version with {{obsolete|NewImage.ext}}, and remove this tag.
