[edit] Against deletion

I do not believe this page should be deleted. Although it might not seem all that important, this person had a large part in the inaugural season of the Israel Baseball League - he was a leader in at least one offensive category in that season. And is the founding of the IBL not significant to the ever-growing international baseball scene?

This page is still in its early stages, but it is the best I could do with the information I could find at the moment, and it will improve as this professional baseball player's career moves along. I do think it has some significance (please forgive me if I'm mistaken) and should remain on Wikipedia.

Hello, this page will not be deleted. I apologize for filing the speedy delete on this article, I overlooked the reference at the bottom of the page. Thanks, Postoak 06:10, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
Thanks, Postoak. I must admit I was a bit confused over what was going on, but I'm glad everything's all worked out now. Bookworm1 06:12, 8 September 2007 (UTC)
Yes, and I will be more careful. Good work...good luck with the article! Thanks, Postoak 06:14, 8 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Source for Yankees signing

Hey, I think it's great he was signed by the Yankees! BUT we need to add a source to cite that!--Paul McDonald 14:34, 25 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Created personal life section

I moved the information about his present residence to a new section called "personal life" and removed the information about his hobbies. Hey, hobbies are great--but for our purposes here, no one on the other side of the world cares that he likes to surf or hang out with friends. Now, if he was a champion-level surfer, that would be of note methinks...

Anyway, the personal life information didn't belong under the baseball career section.--Paul McDonald 15:03, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
