Jasmin Geisel (pronounced 'Guy-zle') is an Australian television presenter and journalist.
Jasmin's first role on TV was as the host of a national AFL show, 'Totally Footy' on Channel 10. She then moved into news as a journalist, before becoming a presenter, writer and field producer on Ten's, 'Totally Wild'.
Jasmin now works for the Nine Network as a journalist for Queensland program, 'Extra'. She also files stories for National Nine News and special reports for the Sport department.
Before fronting the camera, Jasmin was an elite swimmer - representing Australia on four occasions. It was here she was first introduced to the media spotlight - helping pave way for roles in tv sporting specials, commercials, as well as modelling assignments.
After finishing school in Brisbane, Jasmin gained a Bachelor of Journalism degree from QUT. Usually a three year course, she completed it within two years - also graduating with an induction into the Golden Key Honour Society for her academic achievements.
"It's not who we are that holds us back, it's who we think we're not. So, in a world full of copycats - be yourself!" Jasmin Geisel
