Where's the introduction? An opening paragraph is essential, explaining why this topic is relevant and important. Also, no references! There's too much information here for me to dismiss it as useless or "barely salvageable", but clean up is definitely required. LordAmeth 20:19, 26 February 2007 (UTC)
