A nice start, but not nearly long enough; could be more like Military History of Canada during WWI. And the introduction especially needs work. The current statement, while not necessarily inaccurate, is unprofessional and unencyclopedic. LordAmeth 09:32, 12 October 2006 (UTC)

Deleted bit about Japan capturing German New Guinea, since the Australians not Japanese captured it! PS: the IJN escorted the New Zealand Expeditionary Force (NZEF) in 1914. Hugo999 12:16, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
