[edit] Sao Paolo service

I believe Sao Paolo (GRU) is still a Japan Airlines destination, with service via New York-JFK. Though it does not appear on the linked route map, it is still listed on their flight schedule, and does not appear to be a codeshare--for example, trying to book JFK->GRU for 13 Feb 2008 (the GRU flight operates only 3 days a week), it appears as JL 48 and is operated with a 747-400, which means it could not be an American Airlines codeshare (AA does not operate 744s).216.57.39.162 (talk) 15:59, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

  • Yes, JAL still flies NRT-JFK-GRU.

Anyhow I am having trouble figuring out if JAL ever flew to Budapest or Prague: http://web.archive.org/web/19990208202941/www.jal.co.jp/jaljet/e_index.htm - Johannesburg is on that list too and Osaka-Jo'burg was operated by South African Airways. WhisperToMe (talk) 23:32, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

Someone better put those former JAL destinations back: www.airchive.com/.../Asia/JAL6810-sched.jpg 70.173.119.193 (talk)ETA
