Hinomaru Driving School near Ebisu station, Tokyo, Japan. Most of the Japanese drivers had attended driving school to obtain a driver's license. Major driving schools provide classes on Learner's permit, driving practive on public roads and basic knowlege on automobiles. Graduates of accredited driving schools will be exempt from driving skill test to have a lincese issued. |
