Previous version of this article was very unreliable. It suggested that Kaczmarek was detained without essential reasons. It's not true. There are strong evidences that he actually falsly testified before prosecutors and made difficulties in the investigation concerning the leaking out the informations about the action of CBA against Andrzej Lepper. Court's decision of September 6 concerned only the neccessity of his detention and irregularities during it.
