Can anyone confirm if this deal has an exit clause if he makes the Oilers? --Scimitar ^parley 19:50, 8 August 2005 (UTC)

• In an interview back in June for the Jokerit official website, www.jokerit.com, Rita said he had definitely decided to play for Jokerit next season. From that and other statements I have the impression that he doesn't have an exit clause and won't be playing in North America next season. Elrith 01:43 9.8.05

• Nah, just disappointing for those of us on this side of the Atlantic. =( Rita used the NHL clause in his contract and he'll be entertaining you guys next season. So yes, he _did_ have an exit clause. Seems my memory isn't what it used to be... Elrith 20:16 11.8.05
