[edit] Related to John McCain?
So... No relation to John McCain, correct? --74.72.189.128 (talk) 00:03, 19 January 2008 (UTC)
I do not know the answer to the question, but I think it would be interesting to find an answer. In the meantime, I have contacted User:Moncrief, who originally created the article page as a redirect to her husband's article to see if he might have an answer. --TommyBoy (talk) 23:54, 19 January 2008 (UTC)
- I've seen no evidence whatsoever that this is the case, and a similar question on Yahoo Answers said the same thing. "McCain" is a relatively common Irish/Scotch-Irish surname. Moncrief (talk) 06:35, 20 January 2008 (UTC)
