Jane Frank (Jane Schenthal Frank, 1918-1986), "Aerial Series: Dorado no. 2", 1970, acrylic and mixed materials on apertured double canvas, 35"x47".

This image is from a low-resolution photo (taken by the uploader) of a reproduction of a photo in a book which the uploader purchased and owns. This is further reduced in size and somewhat cropped. The plate image in the book does not carry an individual photo credit. On page 2 of the book, there is a note that reads: "Photographers who have contributed work for this catalogue and slides: The Holmes I. Mettee Studio, Inc.; Morton Tadder Associates; Allen Polansky, Photography; Barbara Young, Photographer". The plate image is in Thomas Yoseloff's (now long out of print) 1975 exhibition catalogue entitled "Jane Frank: a Retrospective Exhibition" (pub. 1975, A. S. Barnes) for Jane Frank's 1975 solo retrospective exhibition at Towson College. This image is clearly necessary for the Wikipedia article on aerial landscape. The fact that the photo is reduced in size and quality and furthermore not available anywhere else on the internet plainly makes its inclusion in this article an example of "fair use". The use of this photo here cannot possibly adversely affect the commercial prospects for future sale of this book, of the artwork pictured, or of the art of Jane Frank in general — in fact, the likely effect (if any) should be quite the opposite. Furthermore, there was no image of this artwork to be found anywhere on the internet, so it was not possible merely to provide readers with a link to it.
