Thank you for your recent edits to London Borough of Hackney, while I personally think they are both well written and true, there is an important principal in Wikipedia that we don't draw our own conclusions. I would suggest that you add some references to the section to support both your statements and your conclusions. This will help ensure that another editor doesn't consider them PoV (point of view) and change them too drastically. There many examples of references in the Hackney article that you can use as a model. I hope that helps and if you have any questions I will try to answer them.
