Hello, this is my first attempt at a contribution to wikipedia. Good article. There is minor inaccuracy that I would suggest get cleared up.

1) Loewen et al. v. Turnipseed, et al. (488 F. Supp. 1138) was won not only on 1st Ammendment, but 14th Ammendment grounds as well. See Loewen's vita where he clarifies this point. CFiorello 18:37, 7 March 2007 (UTC)
