The trivia line about giving his goldfish an "coffee enema" is someone's failure to read subtext. From the article in question, where he's talking about guests: "Someone updates your wikipedia page - with photos - and you're dead forever. So you really clean. The goldfish gets a coffee enema, that's how much you clean."
