[edit] expand article

I have added slightly to the article, based on Ellis, whom I have cited. However I have not reread Uglow in order to add citations from that. However, apparently, there is an older biography: Amelia Moillet, A Sketch of the Life of James Keir Esq FRS (1868). Having not seen it I do not feel able to cite it. Having added sources, I have removed 'unsourced'. However the article still needs more work and I have thus left the stub designations. The other partners in the glassworks included Samuel Skey, who was a vitriol manufacturer at Bewdley, and probably deserves an article, but I do not know enough to write it.
