Jamie Mathiou born in Queensland, Australia is a former rugby league player.
Jamie Mathiou played for the Gold Coast Seagulls, North Sydney Bears and North Queensland Cowboys in Australia and Leeds Rhinos in the European Super League.[1] His position of choice was as a prop and he also played in the second-row.
Mathiou was an Ireland international and played at the 2000 Rugby League World Cup.[2]
