Jamie Glover

Jamie Glover (born 10 July 1969) is an English theatre and television actor.

[edit] Acting career

Having appeared in countless Shakespeare plays, he has made the transition from stage to screen by appearing in many television programmes, including Birds of a Feather Casualty, New Tricks and Midsomer Murders.

However, he is best known for his role as Andrew Treneman in BBC school-set drama, Waterloo Road, alongside Jason Merrells and Angela Griffin. He appeared in the first episode of the school-based series on 9 March 2006 as the school's deputy head teacher.

Having left Waterloo Road at the end of Series Two, he is currently filming Trial and Retribution XVII: The Rules of the Game.

He has also provided voiceovers for adverts and computer games.

He is the son of actor Julian Glover and actress Isla Blair.

Glover has a daughter called Edie.
