James Anthony Pearson is a British actor who lives in Glasgow. He was born in Rochdale, Greater Manchester.

He has appeared on television on numerous occasions

• Jeopardy as Simon
• Monarch of the Glen, Doctors
• Kidnapped (the 2005 mini series) as the main character
• Casualty
• Holby City.

Pearson also appeared as Bernard Sumner in Anton Corbijn's film Control. It was the first time Pearson had played an 'adult' role - due to his youthful appearance, Pearson had previously only played juveniles and teenagers.
