James M. Rogers

James M. Rogers, based at the University of Cambridge owns the website Global Power Europe. He contributed to The British Moment, a book published by The Social Affairs Unit, which argued for a more active foreign policy.[1] The book was later reviewed by Samuel Brittan of the The Financial Times.
