James Hoffmann (born 11th December 1979) is a British barista and coffee consultant.

James was crowned the World Barista Champion in 2007[1], having been UK Barista Champion in 2007. The competition took place in Tokyo, Japan. James was also awarded the best signature drink of the 2007 WBC, which consisted of a biscotti flavoured foam and a tobacco infused ganache mixed with espresso.

He has also released Electronica music under the name King Seven.
