James Garley (born 9 September 1982), is an English singer, known most notably for his two appearances on Scott Mills' BBC Radio 1 show, The Scott Mills Show in January 2006. Later that year, he released his debut single, “Smile”, which was produced by Carlisle-based producer Paul Musgrave, who released the highly successful "Blue Army 2006" song for Carlisle United Football Club.
Amongst others, Garley has also worked with Patrick Benoit of the OrangeFuzzzlabel and Joey C of the Juiced Up Records label.
