James Henry Francis (born August 4, 1968 in Houston, Texas) is a former American football linebacker in the National Football League. He played in the NFL from 1990-1999 for the Cincinnati Bengals and Washington Redskins. He attended Baylor University for college. He is currently being held by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department as he owes nearly $905,000 in delinquent child support.[1]
