James Emerson Dugan

James Emerson Dugan is a man who lives in Wernersville, Pennsylvania, USA. He is a founder of the local "Remember the Ladybugs" festival and co-founder of the regional P.R.E.S.S. foundation to better the news and reporting of the regional communications inc. He also established the local "king of the world" WWII jeep foundation in the preservation of war artifacts.
