James E. Mclean is the current Dean of the University of Alabama College of Education. He has held this position since 2001.[1]

Prior to his position at University of Alabama he was a Professor at East Tennessee State University. It should also be noted that he received his Bachelors degree, Masters degree, and Doctorate all from the University of Florida.[2]
