James Breen

James Breen (born 1945) is an Irish independent politician. He is a former TD for the constituency of Clare. Breen was first elected to Dáil Éireann in the 2002 general election. He joined the Technical Group which was set up to gain Dáil speaking time for independent TDs. Breen lost his seat to Joe Carey of Fine Gael, in the 2007 general election.
