[edit] Regarding the "prod"

I'm not sure what the problem is and why it's so imperative to delete this:

  • It's notable - by one of the foremost law professors in the field in his seminal paper - http://www.yale.edu/yalelj/112/BenklerWEB.pdf
  • It's verfiable
  • It's accurate
  • It's referenced, though not in hundreds of Google search results
  • Wiki is not paper
