Jai Parkash (born 2 December 1954) is a member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Hissar constituency of Haryana and is a member of the Indian National Congress (INC) political party. He is notoriously known as a politician who is never committed to a single party but always committed to his personal political will. He is voice of youth in Haryana
