Purpose of use	The uploaded image is used solely for identification purposes. It serves as the primary means of visually identifying the topic of the article. It provides an illustration of the entity that the logo represents. Furthermore, the image is being used in an informational capacity and thus contributes to the article as a whole.
Replaceable?	Because it is a logo there is almost certainly no free equivalent. Any substitute that is not a derivative work would fail to convey the meaning intended, would tarnish or misrepresent its image, or would fail its purpose of identification or commentary.
