Doesn'e Jacqui Smith, an imnportant member of the government after all (and one not often in the media) desrve a photograph. I think you have to reconsider your photo policy. After all, fot US politicians they get photos mainly, and not only that- they are heavily covered. Are you really meaning to tell me that the DH or the DWP are not some of the worlds largest government departments, and the NHS is just a tiny organisation with no global significance or value?
