POV?

This seems like an obvious statement of opinion, and the end of that second sentence doesn't even make any sense.

It is the general tone of the 1911 Britannica, a anglo-protestant classicist diatribe against catholic baroque in general. Ruskin still ruled.CARAVAGGISTI 16:20, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
