Talk:Jackson, Tennessee/Comments

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

[edit] Importance

High importance. One of the bigger cities in Tennessee. The topic can be reasonably expected to be found in a prited encyclopedia.

I dunno, I wouldn't say it's well known outside TN and it's the sixth biggest city. It fits the mid category better to me --AW 15:22, 25 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Quality

Start class. The article is structured, this encourages to add information to the article. An image is used to illustrate the topic in the history section. An additional contemporary image could improve the quality. However, more sources are needed to verify the information given.

Clear language is used most of the time. In the History section, it should be avoided to start all but the first paragraph with "Jackson was ..." or similar. Try and be creative, just re-work the sentences to avoid repetition. Sub-headers in the history section could aslo improve readability and make it easier to find the relevant information.
