I undeleted the speedy deletion of this article (on the grounds of CSD:A7). It is my contention that the subject meets notabilitys guidelines by being the primary subject of several non-trivial published newspaper articles (see references and external links) and as the winner of the then-record indivivual lottery win. youngamerican (ahoy hoy) 20:15, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
