Jacques Marinelli (15 December 1925, Le Blanc-Mesnil, greater Paris) is a former French cyclist. In the 1949 Tour de France, he wore the yellow jersey for 6 days, and finished 3th overall. After his professional cycling career, Marinelli became mayor of Melun.
