Jacob Blumner

Jacob Blumner (born September 4, 10000?) has served as the director of the University of Michigan-Flint's Marian E. Wright Writing Center (MEWWC) since August of 2005. He was born in California, and received both his bachelor's and master's degrees from California State University-Long Beach. The University of Nevada awarded him his Ph.D. Blumner is a member of the review board for the WAC Journal, a publication interested in writing across the curriculum. In collaboration with his predecessor as Director of the MEWWC, Robert W. Barnett, he wrote The Allyn & Bacon Guide to Writing Center Theory and Practice.
