Jackie Winters

Jackie Winters is a Republican politician in the U.S. state of Oregon. She currently serves as a state senator, representing her Salem district; she is also owner of Jackie's Ribs restaurant in Salem.

Winters was elected to the Oregon House of Representatives in 1998, and became the first African-American Republican ever to serve in the Oregon Legislative Assembly.[1]
