Jack Birns is an American photographer, known for his portraits of wives of American presidents in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
Jack Birns also documented China's civil war as a staff photographer for Life magazine in the 1940s. His photographs were featured in a 2003 book, Assignment: Shanghai, Photographs on the Eve of Revolution.
