J B Pickthall Coach Hire is a small family business, established over 15 years ago, who operate in Rowrah of West Cumbria.

They also offer a maintenace and recovery service: Including: HGV roadside breakdown and accident recovery service 24 hours a day. Specialised towing vehicles makes it easy for us to tow any HGV. Regularly are towing in for Stagecoach Cumbria. If required, replacement coach hire can be arranged to provide your passengers with minimum disruption in reaching their destination.
The company owns a range of vhiecles from Volvo Sedissa school coach, to the more luxurious Neoplan Transliner. Also the older more respected service bus such as their Leyland National which has seen much work in this area.
This National was built in 1978 at Lillyhall with a dual-door 21 seat body and retained by the company for their own use. It is now a 52 seater and 15 standees. It only has the front door now, but still has the buttons for the back.
