J.W. Buckley

J.W. Buckley (b. 1978) is a poet and short story writer originally from Tewksbury, Massachusetts.
J.W. attended Austin Preparatory School before going onto Beloit College and finally Northeastern University.
During his time in Boston J.W. became a member of the notorious FSU Crew, a now prominent and highly organized national street gang. [1]
It was while active in the street world of FSU that J.W. met close friend, and fellow FSU member, screenwriter and director Elgin James.
In August of 2007 J.W. released a small book of poetry entitled "Where There Are Two There Are Three" on Heartworm Press ].[1]
Although J.W. is considered a semi-recluse by many colleagues and media personnel he has been featured in articles and/or interviews in publications such as Rolling Stone, Megawords Magazine and most recently on The National Geographic Channel. [2][3]
J.W. is currently working on finishing his first major collection of short stories tentatively titled "I Will See You Before You Leave" for Heartworm Press.
Longtime friend of musician/author Wesley Eisold, J.W. edited Eisold's incredibly successful book of lyrics and poetry "Deathbeds."[4]
