This is no reason for a speedy--speedy is for when you are altogether satisfied that there is no reasonable way the person could be notable. It is not intended for when there is doubt. I am confident he is notable, and the article just needs more sources. Missing sources is not among the reasons for speedy. If you really think otherwise, please reread the CSD page. .
