J. Robert Welsh Power Plant is a base load, coal fired, electrical power station located southeast of Mount Pleasant, Texas in Titus County, Texas.
All three units use coal mined from the Powder River Basin shipped via rail. Named after former SWEPCO president J. Robert Welsh.
