What is your source for "never disbarred on a federal level"? I am not aware of any independent "federal bar". Attorneys are licensed to practice law by the states, not by the federal government. Derex 08:17, 26 September 2006 (UTC)

No, I'm wrong. There is also a federal license. Derex 08:24, 26 September 2006 (UTC)

Yep, I reverted that edit. Regarding your edits on Addicted to Hate. You need to source statements saying the book is unreliable in whatever respects by adding a reference to some some published criticism. See WP:OR for a statement of the policy. Not that I think your characterizations are necessarily wrong, but that's policy. And on the whole, I think it's a wise one. You can find lots of useful information about policies and such by links on the following template. Derex 04:49, 27 September 2006 (UTC)

Yes, that should certainly preclude using it as a reference per se. It's fine to talk about the book's existence and its main points, provided the book has some notability regarding Phelps (which it seems to). But it's not acceptable to base factual claims on the book's assertions. Derex 05:49, 27 September 2006 (UTC)
