Jōmyō-ji (浄明寺) refers to two different Buddhist temples in Japan:
- Jōmyō-ji (Kyoto) - a Jōdō-shū temple founded in 1005 in Heian-kyō
- Jōmyō-ji (Kamakura) - a Shingon-shū temple founded in 1188 in Kamakura as the Gokuraku-ji, being renamed in 1331.
