Jámison Olave Mosquera (born April 21, 1982) is a Colombian football defender, who currently plays for Real Salt Lake of MLS.

Olave played for a multitude of clubs in his native Colombia, before returning to his first club, Deportivo Cali. In January 2008, he accepted an offer to join Real Salt Lake on a 1 year loan deal with an option for the club to buy at the end of the season.[1]
