Princess Izabella Elżbieta Czartoryska (1832-1899) was a Polish noble lady.

Izabella was married to Count Jan Kanty Działyński, married on February 21, 1857 in Paris. Their marriage produced a daughter, Zofia "Tess" Terese Czartoryska Działyński in 1859.
