Ivo Trenchev (born 4 April 1972) is a Bulgarian footballer currently (as of November 2007) playing for PFC Lokomotiv Mezdra as a defender.

In your career Ivo Trenchev played in two foreign countrys - Russia and China. In january 2003 he signed with Shaanxi Guoli. The next year played in russian club Terek Grozny, but in season 2006/2007 is in Henan Jianye.
